Buffalo Maple Glazed Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg thick cut bacon
  • 150ml Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 150ml maple syrup

Method

  1. Combine Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and maple syrup, and brush evenly on both sides of the bacon.
  2. Bake on 180°C for 20 minutes or until desired brownness.
